Board of Directors Announce New Chief Financial Officer

 

Community First Bank & Trust’s Board of Directors recently appointed Jon Thompson to serve as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank and Holding Company.  Jon has served as Assistant Vice President and Controller of the Bank since August 2008.  His involvement in the Bank’s financial reporting process will make the transition into the CFO role a smooth one.

 

 

Prior to joining the Bank in 2008, Jon served as a senior staff member of Crowe Chizek and Company, LLC, an independent registered public accounting firm, in their financial institutions department from January 2005 through August 2008.  Jon holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration/ Accounting from Tennessee Technological University .
