Columbia, TN -   Community First Bank & Trust recently donated $1,500 to the Build and Learn, Inc., a Community Housing Development Organization established to assist eligible populations to obtain affordable housing, skills for constructing affordable housing and skills for living as productive citizens in their respective communities.

Build and Learn, Inc. isa HUD Approved Counseling Agency and certified by the Tennessee Housing Development Agencyto provide homebuyer education classes and pre-purchase counseling. Monthly classes and one-on-one counseling are available. Certificatesare awarded after completion of the eight hour homebuyer education class.
